When will APP2022 trade bookings open?

Thank you for your consideration to participate as an exhibitor at the Australian Pharmacy Professional Conference and Trade Exhibition (APP). APP is community pharmacy's premier conference and the largest pharmacy conference and trade show in Australia.

The below is the process in which trade exhibition spaces are allocated and offered to organisations interested in exhibiting:

1.    APP2022 sponsors (in order of sponsorship level) - July/August
2.    APP2021 exhibitors who opt to retain their current stand location - September/October
3. APP2021 exhibitors who wish to move to another stand location - September/October
4.    All other APP2021 exhibitors - September/October
5.    New organisations - October/November

TRADE EXHIBITOR ENTITLEMENTS

ExpoNet has been contracted as the official APP2021 exhibition supplier. ExpoNet specialise in exhibition stands and displays, furniture hire and audiovisual equipment rental. A copy of the ExpoNet catalogue will be sent to you once your trade stand booking has been confirmed. You can also visit their website exponet.com.au for information and ideas.

OFFICIAL EXHIBITION SUPPLIER

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

To ensure that exhibitors are adequately covered for Public Liability Insurance, the cost of booking an exhibition stand at the APP Conference includes Public Liability Insurance cover from QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited, based on a limit of indemnity of $10,000,000 for any one occurrence.

This insurance will only cover damage or injury suffered by third parties/visitors on or in the vicinity of an exhibition stand at the APP Conference, from the first day of bump in (setting up) to the final day of bump out (dismantling) at the APP Conference, being from Monday 17 May to Monday 24 May 2021 (inclusive). The Pharmacy Guild of Australia accepts no liability for any act or omission of the exhibitor that voids this insurance or deems the exhibitor liable at law to any third parties in relation to their attendance at the APP Conference.

NB This policy provides Public Liability Insurance only and will not respond to any claims arising from the sale or supply of products at the event, except for food or drink sold for immediate consumption at the event as refreshments.

As a trade exhibitor at APP2021 you will be entitled to:

Trade stand(s) – shell scheme or space only (as outlined above)
Complimentary tea, coffee, morning and afternoon tea in the ExpoNet Exhibitor Lounge (Thursday – Sunday) for your stand representatives
Complimentary lunch in the Garden Terrace Lunch Marquee (Thursday – Saturday) for your stand representatives
Exhibitor listing on the conference website with a link to your company website
Exhibitor listing in the Mobile App and Trade Exhibition Pocket Guide distributed to all delegates onsite
Discounted registration fees
Public liability insurance (see below)

Exhibitors can select from one of two basic stand options:

1. Shell scheme

A modular display stand which includes:

2.5m high white melamine walls in an aluminium Octanorm frame
Fascia signage board (teal background with white text)
2 x 150 watt spotlights per stand
1 x 4 amp power point

2. Space only (custom stand)

This option reserves exhibition space only for exhibitors who wish to provide their own custom built stand.

NB: It does not include power and lighting, however these can be ordered through ExpoNet.
ExpoNet can also supply you with custom stand packages to consider. Please contact ExpoNet at esd@exponet.com.au for further information.
Custom stand plans will need to be provided to the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre and The Pharmacy Guild of Australia for approval prior to 3 February 2020.

The APP2021 trade exhibition floor plan has been specifically designed to facilitate the best flow of traffic through the trade area.

The exhibition will feature seven entry doors to allow access to each section of the trade show. INSERT TEXT ABOUT REDUCING THE SIZE AND POTENTIONAL WALKWAYS.

Please note that stands 102 – 163 are located in the Central Rooms, which has a low ceiling height (3.5m). All custom stands over the height of 2.5m and located in the Central Rooms must obtain design approval from the organiser and the venue prior to 3 February 2020.
