Tina Scrine has over 20 years’ experience working in industrial relations for employer associations, 18 of these as the Industrial Relations Manager at The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Queensland Branch. In this role Tina is responsible for advising, assisting and representing members on employment and industrial relations, discrimination and harassment and workplace health and safety and workers’ compensation matters. Tina understands the complexities faced by pharmacy owners in the industrial relations arena and enjoys working with them to develop practical solutions which minimize their legal risks and financial and non-financial costs
