David Pache is a senior pharmacist at the Mater Hospital, an Honorary Assistant Professor at Bond University where he teaches pharmacology to medical students, and a Conjoint Lecturer at the University of Queensland. David studied pharmacy in the UK and went on to research circadian rhythms and melatonin for his PhD. Following a decade in laboratory-based research at Cardiff University, he moved to Australia in 2005. David has maintained a keen interest in melatonin and its clinical applications. He is also interested in mental health, as evidenced by his research, a past role in Child Youth and Mental Health Services, and his current role as Chair of the Queensland Mental Health Pharmacists Group.
