Cameron Monteith is the President of the Pharmacy Guild of New Zealand. He has served as president since 2019, having previously served as Vice President from 2016-2019 and as a board member since 2015. As president, Cameron chairs the board of directors, which is responsible for the overall governance of the Guild and the setting of Guild’s strategic direction. Cameron spent 14 years as an officer in the Australian Army, including operational service in Cambodia, Rwanda and Bougainville. Following this he spent 10 years working in the UK in multi-site roles with Boots the Chemist. Since 2012, Cameron has been settled in Rotorua, New Zealand where he and his wife Julie own Western Heights Pharmacy.
