Brett MacFarlane graduated from pharmacy with a first-class postgraduate honours degree and managed metropolitan and regional pharmacies before completing a PhD in skin science. He was the chief investigator of the Pharmacy Guild’s S2/S3 Mystery Shopper program for five years and has been the Education and Research manager for the Australasian College of Pharmacy since 2011. Brett’s clinical interests include dermatology and gut health and research interests include transepidermal drug delivery and pharmacy practice. He has spoken nationally and internationally at a number of pharmacy conferences and has an extensive publication record. He is currently responsible for development and delivery of the pharmacist continuing professional development programs of the College.
