Vicki Ibrahim is a pharmacist with over 20 years of experience in private and public hospital practice and Healthcare IT program management and delivery. Vicki’s leadership, clinical and advisory experience includes a 10-year pharmacy services directorship across four hospital pharmacies operated by a large, non-for-profit organisation, Closed Loop Electronic Medication Management model, pharmacy automation and unit dose packaging, medication safety programs at a national and healthcare organisation levels, HIMSS Analytics maturity models assessment and digital health strategy development. In recent years, Vicki led successful implementation of the Patient Online Portal application at Queensland Health and is presently working as the Director of Medicines Safety Program at the Agency. Vicki holds Master of Health Management and CHIA certification.
