Nicole Hooley is Head of Partnerships for The Platform Alliance Group. Nicole has extensive experience in Community Pharmacy, having worked in and managed pharmacies her whole career, and having managed the Pharmacy Catalyst Buying & Retail Group for the last 12 years. Nicole has worked closely with passionate pharmacy teams and owners, allowing her team to develop specialty Clinic Health Programs that have supported a number of Catalyst members to achieve Pharmacy of the Year. With Full Scope of Practice imminent, the continued focus will be on better patient health outcomes – an exciting time to be a health destination within the community pharmacy sector- and Nicole’s speciality is in helping pharmacies to optimise their health service offer.
