Grace Chong has spent more than 13 years working across hospital pharmacy as a clinical pharmacist in the Southern Health Care Network, Melbourne and managing a number of community pharmacies before acquiring ownership of two pharmacies. Since exiting ownership in April 2022, she has returned to her grass roots of being a locum pharmacist. Grace has been on the Victorian branch of the Pharmacy Guild for the last seven years as both a branch committee member, past National Councillor and as the current Senior Vice President. Grace is a keen champion of diversity and mentoring young pharmacists to be passionate about community pharmacy.
