Pamela Bishop has over 20 years’ experience as a senior executive in retail in both Ireland and Australia, with experience in operations, merchandise, and marcomms. Pamela is the COO at Blooms The Chemist, where she oversees end-to-end business operations to deliver excellence in experience for both customers and the brand's network of pharmacies. Pamela also leads the company’s ESG committee to develop responsible business practices and purpose-led activities. Pamela believes that business can be a force for good and is passionate about holistic healthcare, social impact, and purpose-driven leadership. She is also a Non-Executive Director with Bambuddha Group, a social enterprise committed to creating a sustainable world of equity and opportunity for everyone.
