Book with confidence - flexible terms and conditionsOur flexible terms and conditions provide you with the following options if COVID-19 measures prevent you from attending APP2022:1. You can access sessions online (via recordings) – a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total cost of your booking; OR
2. A full refund will be provided; OR3. Registration transfer (at TPGA’s discretion) to another delegate at no cost.
In line with Queensland Government regulations, from 17 December 2021 it is a requirement of the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre and The Star Gold Coast that all visitors must be double vaccinated in order to attend an event held at these venues. In order to attend APP2022 proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or proof of an exemption from COVID-19 vaccination, is required for entry. Further information on medical exemptions can be found here. If you cannot produce one of these documents at the event, unfortunately you will be refused entry. BUSINESS EVENTS GRANTS PROGRAM FUNDING AVAILABLE
APP2021 delegates are eligible to apply for funding as part of a $50M Business Events Grants Program launched by the Federal Government to support the post-COVID economic recovery of the business events sector.
The Business Events Grants Program provides financial support of between $10,000 to $250,000. Successful applications will receive funding to help cover up to 50% of the costs associated with attending .

Audio and video recording is strictly not permitted during the APP Conference. If you fail to comply with this term, PGA or its representatives or agents may require you to leave the session or the APP Conference.
You agree that PGA is not liable to you for any loss, damage, injury or any incidental, indirect, special, consequential or economic loss or damage (including loss of opportunity, exemplary or punitive damages) whether to person or property and whether arising from default, negligence, misconduct or otherwise by PGA, its employees, agents or contractors in connection with the APP Conference.
You agree to indemnify PGA against liability for, or in respect of, any claims, demands, actions, costs, expenses, losses and damages arising out of or in connection with or as a consequence of any of your acts or omissions in connection with the APP Conference that breach these terms and conditions.
