Childminding Facilities
There are no childminding facilities provided at the APP2012 Conference. Please contact your hotel if you are in need of this service.

The Gold Coast's climate is sub-tropical with 287 days of sunshine annually. The temperature in March ranges from 18°C to 25°C.

Luggage
Hotel checkout times are usually 10.00am or 11.00am. Delegates requiring storage of luggage after checkout should contact their respective hotel concierges.
Parking
Car parking is available for delegates at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre at a cost of $10.00 per day. The entrance to the car park is off the Gold Coast Highway.
Public Transport
Surfside buses service the Gold Coast 24 hours a day at four to five minute intervals during peak periods. Surfside also transports visitors to all Gold Coast theme parks, for further information visit www.surfside.com.au.
Shopping
Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is located within a five to ten minute walk of the conference venue and nearby hotels. Pacific Fair boasts a unique shopping environment combining open air resort style shopping with a multiple level air-conditioned mall. With over 300 stores and services, Pacific Fair is one of the largest shopping centres in Australia.
Shuttle Bus Transfers
A coach shuttle service from all APP accommodation(including Jupiters, Sofitel Hotel, Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, South Pacific Plaza, Meriton Apartments and Belle Maison) will be offered to & from the Gala Dinner on Saturday 10 March from 6:30pm – 7:30pm and then from 10:00pm – 12:30am.
